  • Services such as photo editing, video editing, color correction, etc., not mentioned above will be charged at an hourly rate of $125/hr (with a 2-hour minimum) or may have a flat rate option depending on the project.

PRICING

Is customized for your project and includes costs for quality services such as taxes, premium fonts, and software. Since every project is different, prices can be adjusted based on the project type and budget. payment terms typically involve a 50% deposit and the remainder due upon completion, unless alternative arrangements are made.

  • For package services, a comprehensive rate is provided, which takes into consideration all aspects of the project, including research, time, work, and finalization. These package rates offer a more cost-effective solution, with a discounted hourly rate applied to any additional work needed beyond the initial scope.

  • Hourly services are priced at a fixed rate of $125/hr, with a 2-hour minimum. Please note, maintaining a business and delivering quality service comes with various expenses.

  • Rush fees are added when a project needs to be completed faster than the standard 2–3 week turnaround. These fees reflect the extra time, schedule shifts, and focused attention required to prioritize your project ahead of others in progress.

    • Same Day (within 12hrs) → +$250 – $1,000 // or +75%

    • 24 Hours → +$150 – $600 // or +50%

    • 72 Hours (3 Days) → +$100 – $400 // or +25%

    • 1 Week → +$50 – $200 // or +15%

    • 2–3 Weeks → Standard (No Rush Fee)

    Projects under $1,000 may include a flat rush fee.
    Projects $1,000 and above will have rush fees calculated as a percentage of the total project cost, to fairly reflect the size and scope of the work.

  • This option is for those seeking a long-term business relationship for projects. If interested, negotiations can be made for a price suitable for you and/or your business. A minimum 6-month contract is required unless otherwise noted.
